Shah Rukh Khan's Fan has been sued by a Mithaiwala in Delhi.
The sweet shop named Ghantewala, accused the makers of Fan that they have used a footage of the store without their permission. Also, they have shown their trademark sweet in the movie, which has left the owners of the store mighty enraged.
The sweet shop is indeed very popular in Delhi, but the funny part is that it isn't functioning anymore.
